Employee Application for Dining & Reservations - 2024
As the UI/UX team manager, I spearheaded the transformation of employee dining by consolidating two reservation systems into a single, intuitive portal. This eliminated the need for a separate dinner app, significantly streamlining the reservation process. By implementing a time-bound change window, my team and I further reduced no-shows and food waste. The result: a significantly enhanced user experience, increased operational efficiency, and actionable data on dining patterns for optimized resource allocation.
